Shipping policy
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched the next working day - this includes all Next Day Delivery.
Standard Delivery (3-7 working days from dispatch) – is £3.50 for UK orders.
Please note all orders are dispatched the next working day (including Next Day Delivery/Royal Mail Special Delivery) which is classed as Monday - Friday, excluding the weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery is expected in 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Your order will be delivered by Evri and your tracking number is available in the My Account section on the website if your order qualifies for a tracked service. You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, if you are not available to receive your order, the courier may deliver to a neighbour or in a safe place.
In some cases the item can be on its way and take a bit longer to reach to its customer depending on your area, so please wait few more days.
Please note if the parcel doesn't arrive to you within 14 working days (exc Sunday & Public holiday) the item is classified as lost or stolen. We are unable to investigate lost claims until the full 14 workings has expired. Please be patient and wait for this duration. After this period has passed and if your item hasn’t arrived please contact us using the contact us page or sales@luxeperfumes.co.uk
Please note that your item will be delivered in a large secure package if Royal Mail has attempted to deliver the package may not fit through your letterbox. Please check your post for any Royal mail receipts and/or the local Royal mail sorting office.
Delivery to non-restricted EU countries may take up to 28 days for delivery from date of dispatch. Deliveries to these countries are sent by DPD and are chargeable – please select your respective country on the checkout screen for pricing.
Returns
If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please return the items and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
If you wish to return your order please notify us in writing or by email within 14 days of the date of delivery and return all goods.
Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. We cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Perfume Stop will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
