Refund policy

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please return the items for a refund. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

If you wish to return your order please notify us in writing or by email within 30 days of the date of delivery and return all goods. 

Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 14 working days.

Return Policy – Damaged Products

At Luxeperfumes, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure a fair and transparent return process, please review our policy regarding returns of products that have been damaged after delivery.

Partial Credit for Customer-Damaged Products

If a product is returned in a damaged condition that was not present at the time of delivery, only partial credit may be issued. The amount of credit provided will be determined based on the extent of the damage and the product’s resale value.

Assessment Process

1. Inspection Upon Return: All returned products will be thoroughly inspected to assess the nature and extent of any damage.

2. Determination of Partial Credit: A partial refund or store credit may be issued based on the severity of the damage and the product’s usability.

3. Notification of Credit Amount: Customers will be informed of the final credit amount after the inspection is complete.

Non-Eligible Returns

• Products that are excessively damaged or no longer functional may not be eligible for any credit.

• Items that are returned without original packaging, accessories, or essential components may receive reduced credit.
